Classes are designed to complement personal training or give you a great workout when you want to keep things flexible. All classes scalable to all fitness levels.

STRONG & STABLE

This full-body class trains the essential movement patterns—hinge, squat, push, pull, carry, and core—to help you move better, get stronger, and feel more capable from head to toe.

Designed to improve functional strength, balance, posture, and stability, Strong & Stable blends smart strength training with purposeful movement so you leave feeling challenged, energized, and stronger for life.

Perfect for all levels with coaching and modifications provided.

Strong ON SPRINT

 Traditional HIIT- this class combines intervals of strength, cardio, and athletic movement to boost conditioning, burn calories, and improve endurance. Expect a fun, motivating workout that keeps you moving with purposeful bursts of effort and recovery. Designed to challenge all fitness levels, Strong ON Sprint helps you build stamina, increase work capacity, and feel stronger both inside and outside the gym. Fast-paced, effective, and never boring. 

Modifications provided for all levels.

Strong ON KETTLBELLS

Kettlebells challenge your body in a unique way—helping you develop real-world strength while improving mobility, core control, and conditioning.

Whether you’re new to kettlebells or already love them, this class delivers smart coaching, scalable options, and an energizing workout that leaves you feeling strong and capable.

Powerful. Efficient. Fun. One bell can do a lot.

Strong ON STRETCH

This guided recovery class focuses on mobility, flexibility, core activation, and breathwork to help release tension, improve movement, and support a healthier body. Expect a slower-paced session designed to restore what busy life and hard workouts can take away.


Coming in June- Mat Pilates!

 MAT Pilates is a low-impact workout centered on core strength and intentional breathing. Using controlled, bodyweight movements on the mat, it helps improve posture, stability, and flexibility while supporting overall strength and recovery.
