The Strong ON Living Studio is a boutique strength training studio built for people who want more than a gym membership. Combining expert coaching, personalized programming, and a supportive community to helping you become stronger, more capable, and confident for life. Training and classes are intentionally capped for small group training to ensure quality coaching.

To support recovery and longevity, members also have access to our recovery room featuring sauna, red light therapy, compression, and mobility/yoga-based recovery options. We also partner with True North Health to offer convenient access to nutrient infusions and injections, peptides, and NAD+ services—all designed to help you feel and perform your best.

Small group training combines the personalized coaching of one-on-one training with the energy of a small group. You follow a structured plan tailored to your goals, with real-time coaching and attention to form. It also includes nutrition coaching, accountability, and habit tracking—so you’re supported both inside and outside the gym for real results.

Class memberships are great for getting a workout in, but they’re not individualized and don’t include the same level of coaching, support, or long-term plan.
I’ll likely keep the class schedule limited because small group personal training is my specialty and the foundation of what I do. This space is designed to deliver high-level coaching in a small group setting—where you get individualized programming, real guidance, and real results—not just a place to cycle through large classes. The classes are there to complement your routine, but the heart of Strong ON Living is small group personal training, not a class-based model.
Everything here is scheduled—it’s not a drop-in, come-when-you-want kind of gym.
Your PT sessions, classes, open gym time, and recovery sessions are all booked like important appointments. That structure is intentional—we plan the work, work the plan, and that’s how you get results.
Open gym is included for all personal training members and is there to support your workouts throughout the week. You can follow a program I’ve set up for you or come in and do your own thing—it’s flexible, but still part of the overall plan to keep you consistent and progressing.
