Build Strength, Confidence, and Resilience in Just 5 Weeks with Kettlebells 


Looking for a smarter way to train—without the fluff, the confusion, or a crowded gym? 


The 5-Week Kettlebell Program is designed for all bodies and all levels. 

This program is about moving with purpose, feeling strong in your body, 

building confidence and functional strength that carries over into everyday life- safely, effectively and powerfully.


- Progressive Weekly Structure — Each week builds on the last, so you're always making progress.

- Strength + Conditioning Focus — Improve your power, endurance, and mobility in one well-rounded plan. 

- Minimal Equipment, Maximum Results — All you need is one kettlebell and a bit of space. 

- Clear Guidance, No Guesswork — Every workout is fully laid out with reps, rest, and Coach Carla by your side.


Registration Fee Includes your choice 8kg or 12kg kettlebell

Recommended 8kg for women (beginners)/12kg for experienced

Recommended 12kg for men (beginners)/16kg for experienced

More kettlebell sizes available for use & additional purchase.

Already have a kettlebell? You're welcome to bring your own!
