Grit & Grace: A Strong ON Women’s Retreat

 We all know and admire a woman who is brave, confident, and comfortable in her own skin.
We lovingly call her… a strong badass.

Here’s the truth: badass isn’t a personality trait you’re born with.
It’s a learnable skill—and it strengthens with practice.

And the greatest discovery?
You already have it inside you.

You’ve probably felt it before… even if just for a moment.
When you took a risk.
When you spoke up.
When you tried something new.
When you stepped outside your comfort zone and proved to yourself, “I can do hard things.”


Grit & Grace is a Strong ON Living retreat designed to help you reconnect with that version of you— your inner badass.
The one who feels capable, confident, powerful, and fully alive.

This weekend isn’t about pushing harder or striving for perfection.
Strong ON means you keep showing up for yourself—through the messy middle, the busy seasons, the stress, the doubts—
with courage, consistency, and self-respect.

Over 3 days at the beautiful retreat space of Heron’s Hollow, you’ll experience the perfect blend of:

Rest + restoration (yoga, mat Pilates, reflection, nervous system support)
Strength + empowerment (kettlebells, boxing, confidence games & challenges)
Adventure + “try something new” energy (skeet shooting!)
Connection + calm (morning coffee reflection + evening campfire talks & s’mores)

You’ll be welcomed into an intimate group of women who are craving the same thing you are: to feel like themselves again… but stronger. To feel badass.

  • 2 nights / 3 days at Heron’s Hollow (Oct 9th, Fri 4PM– Oct 11th, Sun 11AM)
  • A weekend retreat experience with an intimate group of women (limited to 24)

Food will be healthy, organic when possible, and designed to support your energy and recovery all weekend.

Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies at registration — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

You’re also welcome to bring your own food if you prefer!
All lodges include a full kitchen for your convenience.

Grit & Grace: A Strong ON Women’s Retreat — FAQs

Who is this retreat for?

 This retreat is for women who want a weekend that blends rest + empowerment. If you’re craving time away to reconnect with yourself, feel strong again, and step outside your comfort zone in a supportive environment—this is for you.

Do I need to be “fit” to attend?

 Nope! This retreat is designed for all fitness levels. Every movement session is scalable, beginner-friendly, and coached—and you can modify, take breaks, or opt out anytime. 

What does “Strong ON” mean?

Strong ON means you don’t quit on yourself.
It’s choosing to show up—physically, mentally, emotionally—even when life is busy, stressful, or messy. This weekend is about rebuilding confidence, strength, and momentum in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming. 

Is everything mandatory?

 Not at all. Everything is optional. You can join every session, or choose rest, quiet time, hot tub, paddleboarding, hiking, fishing, reading, journaling, or simply unplugging. This retreat is structured, but it’s also your weekend, your pace. 

Is skeet shooting safe?

 Yes. Safety is a priority and all activities will be guided with clear instruction and safety procedures. Participation is always optional. 

Are massages included?

 Massage is an optional add-on for an additional cost. Availability is limited and details will be shared with attendees. 

Is alcohol included?

 Yes — wine will be included during our Friday evening welcome campfire gathering.
Additional alcohol is not provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you’d like (always keeping the weekend respectful and safe). 

What are the lodging arrangements?

 Heron’s Hollow offers a beautiful retreat setting with 3 cozy lodge accommodations. Room assignments and lodging details will be provided after registration. You can certainly room with friends if you choose, let us know when you register.

Can I come alone?

 YES—and many women will. This retreat is designed to feel welcoming and connected, even if you come solo. You will leave with new friendships. 

What should I pack?

 After registration you’ll receive a full packing list, but plan for:

  • Workout clothes + comfy layers
  • Sneakers + hiking shoes (optional)
  • Journal + pen
  • Water bottle & exercise mat
  • Clothes for campfire evenings
  • Swimsuit (if you plan to hot tub / water activities)

What is your cancellation policy?

 We understand life happens. Because lodging and retreat planning are booked in advance, cancellations are subject to the following:

  • Deposit is non-refundable ($200)
  • Remaining payments may be refunded up to 45 days prior to the retreat
  • After that point, payments are non-refundable

If you can’t attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant up to 14 days prior to the retreat start date, pending approval.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes.
